Safety
To ensure the safety for yourself and others, when entering the salon, you will be ask to check your temperature and to sanitize your hands before sitting in the chair. To serve you better, if you have allergies please inform your stylist prior to your appt. If you have any symptoms of a cold or sickness ( fever, coughing, running nose, etc.) please reschedule your appt. If you come to your appt and we suspect or feel you are experiencing any of these symptoms, your appt will be automatically canceled. Your deposit will be forfeited and you would be required to reschedule. If you have been sick or around anyone who has anything listed going on, you would be ask to reschedule. We are trusting that clients are being honest and understand the seriousness of all illnesses.

NO EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN UNLESS BEING SERVICED
Booking
$50 deposit is required for all appointments upon booking. (No Deposit = No Appointment)
Please note deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment it can be applied to a rescheduled appointment. You must reschedule 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment. If in any event that we are at fault for canceling or rescheduling, we will gladly issue you a refund or apply it to your next appointment.

Late & No Show Appt
If you are more than 10 min late without notifying your stylist 30 min prior to your appt, there will be a $30 late fee charge that will need to be paid prior to starting your service. If you are more than 30 min late, your appt will be canceled and you will be required to reschedule, you will also lose your deposit for the inconvenience. If in any event that your stylist is late without a 30 min heads up, we will take $25 off your service. Please be on time!! Respect the time given and for other client that may be scheduled behind you. No Show appt will be required to pay an additional $50 in order to reschedule. If you no show for a 2nd time you will not be able to receive service at Hot HD Studio.
Squeeze In or Same Day Appt
If you are requesting a squeeze in or same day appt (even if it is 2 braids) that is a $50 fee on top of your services. (No Exceptions)
Please note that squeeze in or same day appts are limited to styles and is not guaranteed availability.
Off Day & After Hours Appt
My off days varies and is not guaranteed. Off day & after hours fee is $75 in addition to your services. If you are booking on holidays it will be $100 on top of your services.
Preparation
Please come prepared to your appointment. Arrive with clean hair or make sure you are booked for a wash. If you are not booked for a wash and you come in needing that service, there will be a $50 charge paid upfront for that service.
Traveling Services
If you are requesting a house/hotel/traveling appt. There will be $100 charge within 45 miles from the salon address. If over 45 miles there is an addition $1 per mile. That does not include services that you are booking. This fee is paid with your deposit. ( Restricted locations)
Special Services
For weddings, birthday, events, etc. Must contact Danni directly and set up a free phone consultation for what services is being requested.
